About Our Founder:
Steph Holland (Captain Awesome) has a lot of GRIT. She is the behind-the-scenes person that makes the event or activation you attend memorable. She is there with the team at 3:00 am setting up or breaking down. As a former college athlete, she has taken all the lessons she learned and fully embraced them in her career.
Fortunately, she doesn’t need sleep. This is a good thing, because in this business sleep is luxury. Every day she helps clients across North America identify and execute experiences and opportunities that guests remember for a lifetime.
